Homebrew Cider w/ SoCo Homebrew: Antonelli's Adult Summer Camp Series

"For our second year in a row, we're offering a series of Adult Summer Camp classes on Sunday afternoons in July and August! For this class with Chris of SoCo Homebrew, we'll be learning about how to brew your own hard cider (a perfect pairing with cheese!). The class will consist of an intro into the history of cider making, a tasting of several cider styles to look at and sample, and an overview and demo of the process of cider making. We'll start the process of making cider with ingredients that allow each student to design their own special cider.
We'll learn all the steps and components required for successful results and there will be instruction of what to do at home when the fermentation is over! There will be plenty of time for Q&A and suggestions of local ciders to try and local cideries to visit.

The class includes all supplies. Each student will take home a half gallon jug of fermenting cider with an optional back sweeting pack. It will include all the supplies you'll need to finish fermenting the cider.
A couple RSVP reminders: Each class is $60 plus fees. Once you click to purchase tickets, you will only have 5 minutes to complete your order. To pay with a gift card, call our events department at 512-531-9610 ext. 3 with your card number and pin number. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. You will receive a confirmation email which you should bring along with you on class night.
