JenniferEmilson 8yr Don't let an Italian see you post this one! 😜 An Italian Nonna would chase you with a wet dish towel for adding oil- it will make the sauce slide off the noodles- the exact opposite of the goal. That's why some pasta has ridges, books and crannies for the sauce! -
annefood 8yr Very interesting @JenniferEmilson ! (Somehow your comment got lost in the shuffle!) So perhaps not for tomato sauce dishes, but works wonders when serving with roasted root veggies or squash with ricotta and mint etc !
