Oyster expert and blogger Juli Qiu of In A Half Shell will guide you through oyster appreciation, sharing her knowledge around different species, regions and shucking styles
Doreen Winkler is an expert Sommelier who seeks out the most interesting and distinct wines. She focuses on organic or biodynamic wines, which offer the purest experience. Creating pairings is her specialty.
