It's a cool, dreary Saturday. Translation: Baking Day. My muffin tin fits into the toaster oven, so I had to make Chocolate Zucchini Muffins with a pistachio crust. Had to. 😉
Shop at a farmers’ market more often
Look for City Harvest volunteers at your farmers markets today - they are collecting fresh produce donations to feed ppl in need on thxgvg
Embrace leftovers & waste less
Made this end-of-summer salad with a bunch of fresh and leftover veggies. Perfect treat...and so flavorful, it didn't even need any dressing!
