Is there a limit on how much fruit you can/should eat during the no sugar challenge? I know it specifically targets added sugars.
Curious about this challenge - Do others count bread as a whole food? Homemade bread, but not homemade flour?
How do I choose additional challenges? (Besides the one I'm already taking?) thanks!
It's my third try and fail on level 3 for eating fruits and veggies. How do you guys do it? I am determined to conquer this!!
