cheesegrotto @miachel @annefood So many options for pairing! I still love natural wines with cheese, however. They are more fruity and have more body due to their natural fermentation cycles.

gingerandchorizo @sugardetoxme I just simply layering the cheese, herbs and olive oil in a air-tight jar and then stick it in the fridge, of course it tastes better with time... Hope I answered your question 😊
