How do you define healthy? Looks like the FDA will be redefining the term and citizen eaters can weigh in

Based on the current FDA definition, avocados aren't healthy but poptarts are healthy. Needless to say, 'healthy' needs to be revisited, but can it be defined? How would you define it?
