DietID_TeamDietitians Woohoo! Can't wait !
When you want curry in a hurry...grow them! Looking forward to using these babies from my garden. Any ideas for recipes?

-
DietID_TeamDietitians Def!! My favorite is kadhi - a yogurt and chickpea-based creamy soup. It's the best thing for winter, and calls for a batch of these!
-
DietID_TeamDietitians I can't vouch for this specific recipe, but it has all the right components http://www.vegrecipesofindia.com/gujarati-kadhi-recipe-gujarati-kadhi/
The most beautiful Savoy Cabbage came in our last CSA box of the year... But how to prepare it?

JenniferEmilson Cabbage rolls!!
Curious about your opinions on latte art - true artistry or wasted effort?
I can appreciate a good latte or cappuccino even without the decorative foam flourish.
Just give me my coffee!
La Colombe Torrefaction

-
DietID_TeamDietitians I tend to love it. It feels so much more special than just a drink to start your day. When a barista spends an extra few seconds on latte art, it makes me feel like the latte is made with more...

JenniferEmilson Too true!
Oh snap. Breaking in my new cast iron skillet with this delicious zucchini, tomato and thyme frittata. My FIRST homemade frittata, and I don't think there's any turning back. Any tips on how to get...

-
annefood That's awesome, Shannon! Zucchini and tomatoes are notoriously "wet" and are some of the more challenging for frittatas. Don't be afraid to get some color on the zucchini when you sauté it...
-
shannonvittoria Thanks @annefood! Any good recs for less "wet" veggies?
-
DietID_TeamDietitians Yep Anne is right with the wet veggies. Good frittata additions that don't make it too wet - any greens, mushrooms, broccoli, and potatoes are a nice addition for some starch
What's your favorite banana bread recipe? Need to use these babies up ASAP

-
JenniferEmilson My caramelized banana bread with walnuts! On the blog 😋☺️
