Coconut and Chickpea Curry! (Vegan and GF)

I’m not the biggest coconut lover, but this curry is soooo creamy and amazing thanks to the coconut milk. Be sure to add the lime at the end, it makes all the difference :)

Green smoothie with spinach, carrots, half an apple and a tangerine for breakfast. Added some flaxseed, oats, ginger and cinnamon for extra nutrition and flavor. Delicious!
