It's National Pancake Day (isn't every day?!) so it's apple cinnamon buckwheat pancakes for breakfast. Have a great weekend ☺️

It's a cool, dreary Saturday. Translation: Baking Day. My muffin tin fits into the toaster oven, so I had to make Chocolate Zucchini Muffins with a pistachio crust. Had to. 😉
