Whatâs a good non sugar item to eat after an intense workout? I would usually do a glass of chocolate milk after running but I am starving after playin an hour and a half of basketball!
Is the fruit âmustâ in my balsamic vinegar considered an added sugar?

annefood It's best to just skip it. Sugar alternatives tend to cause gastrointestinal issues when eaten in excess. I eat 100% cacao chips with dried fruit for a little dessert sometimes. No added sugar or...
