Day 1/14: Avoid Sweets, Dessert, and Candy Level III
New sugar free dessert:. Banana peanut butter surprise.
Slice banana in half lengthwise.
Spread all natural peanut butter(trader Joe's is my favorite) on each half.
Sprinkle on cinnamon.
