About me
My kitchen is my most favorite room in my home. I'm a wanna be chef, self taught baker, and a lover of all things food related! Living in Hawaii, there's so much ethnicity & a variety of many different cuisines. From Indian, to Filipino, to Mexican, Moroccan, French, Latin, Hawaiian, and everything in between. Here in the islands sustainability is what's growing in popularity. We live on an island, there's not much room for waste here. So a lot of the chefs are turning to farm to table cuisine. My favorite by far. Knowing where your food comes from is the best feeling. Me, I love farmers markets. Fresh food, artisan foods, craft beers, beer in general, food fusion, you could say I'm just a total foodie. I love everything to do with food! Thanks for following my tasty journey!! ALOHA!!
