sugardetoxme 8yr I don't have the link live yet but all you need is some olive oil, 1/2 yellow onion, 1-2 garlic cloves, 1 cup veggie broth, and 2 1/2 cups of English peas and handful of mint and parsley. Sauté olive oil and onions in pan until fragrant. Add veggie broth on peas to a light boil, simmer for 5. Remove from heat, add the herbs and blend with an immersion blender. Add water if too thick! Salt and pepper and voila!
