rac 1yr steamed lentils, feta, basil, cucumbers, radish, bell peppers, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. It was so easy to prep and refreshing + filling!

Pitted dates, a dollop of unsalted peanut butter, and a dash of cinnamon. The kids will eat these “date boats” for dessert too!

allhatsoff2yu I grew up eating dates with peanut butter from the time I was about nine years old. Still a favorite sweet treat and my grandkids love it as well!

Banana, parsnip, almond, dark chocolate, cashew, and flax seed. Not all the shakes are this delicious but this one really hit the spot!

reneeeats Yes this definitely hit the spot! Can’t say this is an affordable long term solution but it’s a great way to fill in gaps during busy weeks and also get tested recipe inspiration.
