You can let the Chef know that you do not want a particular ingredient all you want one specifically. However, other things cannot be controlled by you. Secondly, when you make your food at home, you can be sure of the quality of the food. There are many restaurant owners who offer food that might not be good for your health. At the same time, you cannot be sure about the equipment used by them. At home, you can be sure that you’re investing in the finest cooking products from and cleaning it properly before you make food in that. However, the same check cannot be done while you’re sitting in a restaurant. Lastly, you should know that the quantity of salt and other fatty acids are added by the Chef for the flavors and appreciation. They do not tell whether the quantity that is added by them is good for your health or not. This can even lead to issues if we have handed such ingredients that can be harmful to your health. Remember that you hardly find restaurants where you can get food made specifically as per your requirements.
