annefood 7yr Hey @bellaferg ! @dani is right—plain sparkling water / seltzer has no added sugar and is not a soda. However there are some flavored "sparkling waters" with sugar or artificial sweeteners that are really sodas in disguise, so definitely check the label. If it's just water, enjoy! -
