Hosted the annual Dranksgiving gathering for a small group of friends last night, featuring quinoa, walnut, and cranberry stuffed acorn squash. The group/size/location changes every year but without fail it's a magical night. To 9 years of dranks and counting!
Almond flour cookies: just add confectioner's sugar, salt, vanilla extract, butter, a little lemon curd in the thumbprint, and a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts. Take to potluck and enjoy!
