pr1ncerah i like to make pesto out of stems/greens of all types - collards, kale, carrottops, etc etc...perfect sauce for anything and stays good for infinity (almost)

Aquafaba meringue: have you tried it yet?
...A good way to use up all that chickpea cooking water (aquafaba) and make eggless meringue in the process (and a good incentive to eat more chickpeas while you're at it 😉💛). #nofoodwaste

unconventionalbaker @garv it's quite good. I kept trying it without a good mixer though and it never worked. My mother in law recently gave me her kitchenaid mixer and it now works a treat every time.
