I like sweets, especially wholesome, naturally-occuring sugars, such as found in fruits, vegetables, even nuts, seeds, and grains. However, I certainly would like my body to be as healthy and vital as possible, and enjoy a no sugar-added diet, less refined sugars diet, and even sometimes eating a savory, spicy, and bitter flavors-filled diet. Thanks!
Also avoiding sweets here too. It’s definitely my weak point.

Anyone who wants to make a “private” competition? Like making a goal and do an update every day - on each other?
I promise myself EVERY DAY that I’ll start tomorrow - tomorrow just doesn’t seem to appear....
I am trying to eat more fruit and veggies and hopefully sweets will decrease too!
