Learned new trick from my trainer! Add fruit in your 64 oz of water - get extra fruit serving in! Eat and replace the fruit though!

  • annefood Yes! This is one of our favorite ways to not only get extra fruit, but also avoid drinking beverages with added sugar- the fruit naturally sweetens the water! 👍🏼
I accidentally "completed" the day after lunch today. How do I edit it so I can log dinner?

I replaced my after dinner snack with sliced banana and strawberries and I felt refreshed and light once I went to bed! 😉

Is there a way to go back a day and enter your check mark if you forgot to do it on that day? And today it is not allowing me to enter anything can anyone help?

Fruit for breakfast

If I eat a piece of fruit during breakfast, it’s really not too hard to get the rest of my fruits and vegetables the rest of the day.
  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yes! My favorites breakfasts pair perfectly with fruit. Apples in oatmeal, bananas with muesli, berries and plain yogurt - the list goes on! 👍🏼

  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yes!!! After a couple weeks of cutting out sugar from my morning coffee, not only do I not miss it anymore, if I have coffee with sugar, it’s too sweet!
