After a day of eating our way through the city, my friend still wanted to try Emeril's signature banana cream pie. So we stopped in at the bar, ordered slices to go, and ate them in our pjs in the hotel room.

Sunday Baking
Made Sunday dinner - capped it off with a skillet pineapple upside down cake. Along with a teaspoon of vanilla, stirred a tablespoon of high proof Navy-strength rum into the batter.
