The signs of a good hand-pulled noodle joint - greasy spoon surroundings + reassuring thud of dough as it hits a backroom table after being stretched into noodles.
Sunday Baking
Made Sunday dinner - capped it off with a skillet pineapple upside down cake. Along with a teaspoon of vanilla, stirred a tablespoon of high proof Navy-strength rum into the batter.

Chewy Cassava Pudding
Tried this for the first time... Grated cassava, baked with coconut milk, palm sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Delicious and dairy free dessert!
