  • sugardetoxme I'm so freaking curious about this. So many people spray their lawns here to prevent dandelions from growing, which I always despised. Love seeing dandelions around!
  • Nelson paying attention to this
  • carpe_deli Haha so true @sugardetoxme , it is not the most popular green in the garden, because it spreads so quickly. But it's so pretty 😄

  • garv Talk about a new high!
  • DietID_TeamDietitians fascinating! This is much better than feeding skittles waste to factory-farmed cattle.
If you aren't jealous you're lying! Post-run breakfast delicious. With this diet focusing on taste and SATISFACTION from food leading to eating less and more

Day 9/14: Eat One Bite At A Time Level IV
  • garv Eating one bite at a time is one of the best things we can do for our body. I'm gearing up for the 1 month challenge!
  • DietID_TeamDietitians @garv can't wait to see how you do! and @charlieemj - definitely jealous of this. I find that oatmeal is something I can eat more slowly because the bites are so dense. Great recipe =)

I grew up eating generous portions of meat so when a friend invited me to dinner for "steak", I was picturing a hearty porterhouse. To my surprise, she served a "strip" similar in size to my salmon...
  • DietID_TeamDietitians this is so so fantastic! We'll be launching a less meat challenge soon where you'll be challenged to make meat an accessory on your plate. I think you'll both love it!
  • boxboxbetty Ou! Do let me know when that starts @Rachna :)
  • LezEngel I love the concept of "reversing the American ratio." I've never heard it phrased that way.
Savory pancakes and I cut the recipe in half and still didn't eat the whole batch. Put the leftovers away for another meal.

  • Brianne Savory pancakes? What did you put in them? These look scrumptious!
  • JadeDaRu I was able to get some fresh herbs at Fairway last night that I can't always find fresh (savory and lemon thyme) and added those wit rosemary and tarragon. I used Mark Bittman's "Everyday Pancakes"...
