9yr
I'm halfway on the 30-day soda challenge. I have some free passes from earlier challenges, so what happens if I choose to have soda on Christmas and use a pass? Does it extend my challenge?
  • annefood Hey @Lotta ! Free passes don't carry over from previous Challenges. If you look on the Challenge tab on your app (click on the orange zigzag arrow at the bottom) you will see how many free passes...
  • Lotta Thank you :) I haven't had soda at all during the soda challenges, so I thought the passes were from earlier challenges, but I seem to have 5 to use for this one :D
  • annefood Yes exactly! 5 slips over 30 days. And congrats for not using any passes in your previous levels! That's fantastic!

  • annefood Hey @hobmij ! Good questions. It is possible to drink too much water such that the sodium levels in your blood drop too low, however you'd have to drink way more than 8 cups a day to over hydrate....
  • DietID_TeamDietitians Hey @hobmij! Great question. As Anne mentioned, most people would need to drink well beyond 8 glasses before it can have detrimental impacts to your health, especially if you are counting tea and...
  • darkchocolatepeanutbutter Hi @hobmij! As @annefood and @Rachna said, the amount of water we drink depends on our personal needs so experiment with how much water you need to get through the day. Also may I ask where you got...
