It's hard not to eat desserts because they taste so good but I know it will be bad for me in the long run. How can I stop craving desserts?

  • purplebatman You can throw out or give away any of your dessert food so you don't have it in your house. It will reduce the cravings as you do not see the food every day.
  • nicoleigh Sliced strawberries cooked in the oven on a low temperature for a few hours are pretty tasty :)
  • Emy @kristinamlynar feel you ! Having the same problem over here... It's so hard, because all those tasty little desserts are just delicious ...! 😅
