Avoid sweets
I was kind addict on sweet things and in the beginning to make the challenge easier I decided to buy and eat a lot of types of fruits such as watermelon and grapes. It helped a lot!

I fill two 32oz. water bottles with filtered water the night before and I'm ready to drink them anywhere I go!

Mexican cuisine is a perfect way to pack in your veggies. We had veggie and bean quinoa salad, corn and squash empanadas, and tostadas!

Plus of course, homemade margaritas, which have very little added sugar :)

Yes, you can make your own soda :)

DietID_TeamDietitians @garv my favorite combo was peach, lime, and mint. The lime gets pretty overpowering, so one slice is all you need.
Panzanella = seasonal, refreshing, filling goodness!
Tomato, cucumber, onion, basil, onions, croutons (spelt bread), with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili, basil, and parsley.

garv Actually, Long gaps have the opposite effect . I've tried it all! 4-5 small meals work brilliantly & every once in a while include dessert too!
