This week my treasure at the Farmer's Market was Poblano Peppers. They were little ones but so full of flavour!! Made a baby batch of Chilli Rellenos!!! One of my all time favourites!!!

An Heirloom and smoked salmon tart on a spread of ricotta cheese mixed with lemon zest, drizzled with balsamic glaze, garnished with chives and basil.

Tuesday's fare: Mediterranean spiced chicken, couscous, and sautéed veggies, all stuffed in a little pita pocket with hummus and arugula! Grilling and dining outside is such a treat!
