Sugar Free Breakfast
Try making a smoothie in the morning using fruits or veggies to avoid sugar. You also wind up consuming more veggies or fruit that way.

Singout I make big ones and drink them for several days... Sometimes when i get a sugar craving.
Resisted all this unhealthy food while I was completely surrounded with it! Feeling good!! Positivity is the secret!!

DietID_TeamDietitians Yes It's super easy @emy and @mayacaul! I have a small 1 egg pan, so I don't even have to worry about the shape of the egg. Let me know if you try it.

Finally fired up the grill for an al fresco dinner :)
I lost 5 kg in one month, only by quitting added sugar! Not eating less neither working out, only eating real food :-D

Snack idea

Avoiding fast food can be difficult when it comes to studying bc you crave unhealthy food all the time.. so a great idea for snack would be banana and almond butter.. and obv you have to stay hydra...
