I've been drinking apple cider vinegar to stop my cravings but it didn't quite work. It has been a week. Was goes wrong?
It's hard not to eat desserts because they taste so good but I know it will be bad for me in the long run. How can I stop craving desserts?
Can I eat vanilla kissel during the "don't eat sweets, dessert or candy" -challenge? I haven't done it yet, but I may do it later
