Spread all natural peanut butter(trader Joe's is my favorite) on each half.
Sprinkle on cinnamon.
Enter banana peanut butter heaven. πŸ˜ƒ

Try making a smoothie in the morning using fruits or veggies to avoid sugar. You also wind up consuming more veggies or fruit that way.
  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yep! I made a kale + mango + carrot smoothie this morning. It was delicious!
  • Singout I make big ones and drink them for several days... Sometimes when i get a sugar craving.

  • AhmedZ I love it, the more I go deep in the non added sugar challenge, the more great tasty options I discover!! although I'm not sure about juices ':-) from what I read it's maybe not that healthy it...
  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yep too much juice is not the best because juice brings al the sugar without fiber and excess water. It's still better than soda, but I wouldn't drink all your fruits and veggies 😊
