gingerandchorizo @sugardetoxme I just simply layering the cheese, herbs and olive oil in a air-tight jar and then stick it in the fridge, of course it tastes better with time... Hope I answered your question 😊

KarrieKimble They're not LOSADA grown olives but we have this variety. I only wish we received beautifully cured olives when we sit down for a drink in the states!
