  • healthyamateurinprogress You need to know that you need to eat per day 3 portions of veggies (each portion is equal to 200g of veggies raw or cooked)and 2 fruits. Added to that 4 portions of carbs which are each equivalent...
  • emmie I wouldn't really recommend following a strict diet plan, I would advise just striving to eat healthier overall. This puts less pressure on yourself and helps you create a healthy lifestyle instead...
  • DietID_TeamDietitians I agree with @emmie that putting a lot of pressure on yourself to have a strict plan oftentimes backfires. Instead, it's about making small changes and celebrating little victories. Generally...

Can you do more than one challenge at a time?

I need a healthy, filling, and easy to make meal. Any suggestions?

  • emmie Caprese salad!
  • chasketti That's a good idea, I'll have to try it! Hopefully I'll be able to find good tomatoes, they're rare unless you grow them yourself.
  • emmie That's true. Maybe try fruit stands? That's where I get most of my fruits and veggies if I can't grow them myself.

can I eat a 0%fat yogurt without sugar as a dessert?😬
7yr
  • annefood For sure @paumolist ! I love plain yogurt with berries or slices banana in it for dessert. Great idea!
  • paumolist okaay thank you👌🏼 @annefood
  • DietID_TeamDietitians definitely!! Plain yogurt with fruit is a delicious dessert. I keep dates in my pantry for yogurt because they don't go bad if stored in an air tight container.

  • dizzydumby Look up athletes cook books 👍🏼 there's honestly great ones out there 😋 I use Charlotte Crosbys book, it's easy to follow and not to strict but super healthy 🤓
  • darkchocolatepeanutbutter Hey @amanda_482! I'm not a sports nutritionist but I do know that athletes need more calories than non-athletes. Depending on your activity, adjust your carb, protein and fat intake accordingly,...
