I love all kinds of foods! I don't deprive myself from foods and I don't declare to follow any one particular diet. I've followed Michael Pollan's suggestions to eat food, mostly plants and not too much. I like Lustig's scientific description of the effects of sugar. I recently started cooking a lot of the foods that I used to purchase all ready made in efforts to help my mom who had high blood pressure. The science works. Eating less processed foods changed my moms life (no more hypertension and heart issues) and mine too. Thanks for supporting my efforts to stay clean!
