I love eating vegetables and fruits, I hate eating nuts except when they’re ground or chopped into small pieces. I like a vegan chocolate bar which had different nuts in them. I do have a tendency to snack some chips after meals usually around lunchtime and dinner time when I don’t like what’s served. I would like to increase my intake of fruit at the moment. As I used to eat lots of fruits but recently it’s less often because it’s not often available or easily accessible. I do have lots of distraction with my phone and IPad and I absolutely love reading.
