  • LezEngel Yes, this is a great way to save greens and make life easier! I like to add a paper towel to the bag to absorb any excess moisture that may hasten their demise.

  • Rachna I usually get Ezekiel spelt from the grocery store when I can't get to the farmers market. Otherwise, a guy sells the best loaves at the market- no label or anything so I don't think he has a brand...
