  • DietID_TeamDietitians soup is the perfect fall dinner to sneak in tons of veggies. I like mixing black beans with tomatoes, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, and squash.
Trader Joe’s organic fruit spread has no added sugar and is delish!!! Lots of flavors:)
