Leftover smoothie bowl in the garden for breakfast πβ»οΈπ±
-
Brianne Somehow smoothie bowls are so much more satisfying than smoothies. Something about eating it with a spoon vs. a straw makes it more satisfying.

lauren Yum! Plus you can put granola on top for a little more crunch βΊοΈ

carpe_deli Haha I agree @brianne πππΌ
#EatTheRainbow : Roasted beet, mushroom, halloumi, raspberries and mint on windowsill-grown lettuce
With a wholegrain mustard vinaigrette. Such a yummy lunch to clear out the fridge before I head to the farmer's market!! #NoFoodWaste

etsummer Where do you get your halloumi? I've had a hard time finding it
Another #kitchentip for rice! Use leftover rice to make a quiche crust. #nofoodwaste

Mini zucchini
Mini golden and green zucchini with blossoms still attached. A rare and delicious treat for us! It's hard to consistently catch them in this stage. #nofoodwaste

MargaretG My fave! And almost impossible to find a farmer who will sell them to you in this stage so you def have to grow your own (or pay a fortune!)

DietID_TeamDietitians Yes so beautiful! I only got to see this from my parents' garden
Cherries, chia, and milled flax on my yogurt this morning.

When in doubt, make PESTO!!! Get creative and use kale, carrot tops, or beet greens along with basil. #NoFoodWaste

Guerilla Zuke Soup #nofoodwaste
What to do when my neighbor stealth gifts me with TWO zucchini bigger than my arm (and then goes out of town so I can't give them back to her?) Make soup - and clean out the fridge at the same time...
