Quinoa, lentils, avocado, roasted beats, roasted chickpeas, with tomato-cucumber salsa. This delicious dinner came together in about 25 minutes, and it’s balanced and full of veggies!
  • annefood Agreed- I keep whole grains and beans in the pantry and when I don’t know what to do for dinner I just throw them in a bowl with a veggie or lettuce and some dressing.
  • msantiago I never thought of raising beets! I love beets any which way . Think I’ll try that! 🤔
  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yes! Super easy to roast. Just oil, salt, pepper and straight into the oven.

  • garv Nice one. We almost take it for granted that we get enough sunlight & our vit D levels would be normal.

My no added sugar breakfast - plain yogurt with no sugar muesli topped with almonds. Super filling and took 10 seconds to make!

  • garv That's my go to brekkie at least 2 days in a week. Add some fresh strawberries or any fresh fruit to up the yum factor!
  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yep! But we don't have strawberries all year :/ so I usually use frozen berries.
  • BeatrizPaixao What ingredients do you have in your muesli?
