  • annefood Love checking off so many veggies in one meal!
  • Rachna this is awesome!! Mediterranean food is always a great way to get in a bunch of veggies in at one meal.
  • msantiago Yes! It’s also great to have some real time support to stay in track! So I’m grateful for my colleagues who joined me who are also participating in this challenge!
Learned new trick from my trainer! Add fruit in your 64 oz of water - get extra fruit serving in! Eat and replace the fruit though!

  • annefood Yes! This is one of our favorite ways to not only get extra fruit, but also avoid drinking beverages with added sugar- the fruit naturally sweetens the water! πŸ‘πŸΌ
Kudos to Panera for having drinks that don’t have any added sugar, and labeling them!

Ate my servings of veggies before anything else on the plate to avoid becoming full on the other items! Ate less as a result! πŸ‘πŸΌ

Fruit for breakfast

If I eat a piece of fruit during breakfast, it’s really not too hard to get the rest of my fruits and vegetables the rest of the day.
  • Rachna Yes! My favorites breakfasts pair perfectly with fruit. Apples in oatmeal, bananas with muesli, berries and plain yogurt - the list goes on! πŸ‘πŸΌ
  • msantiago Yes! I even like some sliced bananas and strawberries in my cereal! Perfect with honey bunches of oats!!!!
