Friends, if you haven't tried banana ice cream do it , it is worth it and it with no added sugar , just had it and not dissapointed !

  • annefood So happy you tried it @Lazy_Nash ! So good, right?! I love adding a spoonful of nut butter or topping it with toasted pecans or almonds and some toasted unsweetened coconut flakes. The BEST dessert.
Almond butter on apples for breakfast is a surprisingly sweet no added sugar, speedy breakfast.
