  • brentreed13 It’s made harder because food isn’t as satisfying. Just waiting till I get past the sugar withdrawals hoping it won’t last much longer
  • meljg Keep going. It will pass. Fruit will start to taste very sweet to you, and you won’t miss the added sugars as much! Hang in there!!
