A wedding shower
A birthday party
Dinner with my adult sons

I had my first cheat day yesterday. Was at a friends house for dinner and had a small piece of dessert. My body was used to not having any sugar, so I did not feel very good from it. I def feel bet...

  • annefood Fantastic @tovisnaw ! @elievois check it out - it has stevia so it's not unsweetened, but pure stevia leaf extract is allowed in moderation on the Avoid Added Sugar Challenge.

  • DietID_TeamDietitians yes!! so many 'natural' products sneak in sweeteners. Definitely check the ingredient labels on the back of the package. The front of the package is all marketing =).
  • annefood Awesome @ingalls! You’ll come to find that many companies slap “natural” on the label for impact, when the word doesn’t actually have any meaning. Great catch!
